This is ideal for people who are very busy and would like the Designer to organize everything for the makeover to happen. This includes -

Getting quotes for the work from our tried and trusted local trades.

Organizing them to do the work and letting them into the house if you are out.

Keeping a watchful and careful eye on the quality of the work on a daily basis.

Making sure that the project runs quickly and smoothly.

The Project Management fee is quoted separately from the Design Fee as some clients wish to organize all or some of the makeover themselves. However if you do need this service the cost will be charged at an hourly rate agreed beforehand, This is rounded to the nearest 15 minutes so that you can use this service as much or as little as you like.
