Fabulous Rooms Was Established In 1999 By Deborah Kerby

Deborah Kerby came from a well established and successful career as a Television Set Designer at the BBC in Manchester and London and Carlton Television in Nottingham. You may well have watched some of the programmes she has worked on as a Set Designer. These include 'Auf Wiedersehen Pet', 'Boon', 'Top of the Pops', 'Central News', 'Stanley's Dragon', 'Woof' and 'Central Weekend Live' to name but a few.

Deborah is the Resident Interior Designer at BBC Radio Nottingham. She appears frequently on "The Morning Show" to discuss all the latest ideas and trends in the world of Interior Design. She was also a visiting lecturer at Nottingham,Trent University for 5 years where she taught Television Set Design on the BA(hons) Television Production Design Course.  

Last year she was asked to provide the Interior Design Service at 'Barker and Stonehouse' the large furniture store, that has opened an exciting new branch at the Ikea Retail Park, Giltbrook.

Passionate about interiors her aim has always been to make interior design available to everyone -  not just the rich and famous with unlimited budgets. She makes it a fun and enjoyable experience for her clients and all ideas are discussed until everyone is happy with the new look being proposed.
